Meatly ("we", "our", or "us") is a meat delivery app operated by Devopsly Studios,
Chandrapur, Maharashtra, India. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it,
and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
Phone number — used to create your account and verify your identity via OTP.
Name & delivery address — provided by you at checkout for order delivery.
GPS location — used only when you choose to pin your delivery location on the map. We do not track your location in the background.
Order history — items ordered, amounts paid, delivery slots, and order status.
Device push token — used to send you order status notifications. You can disable these in your device settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
Processing and delivering your orders.
Sending order confirmations and status updates via push notifications.
Improving our service and resolving support requests.
We do not sell your data to any third party.
We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted services to operate Meatly:
Firebase / Google — phone number authentication via OTP. Firebase Privacy
Google Maps — delivery address search and map pin. Google Privacy
Razorpay — online payment processing. We do not store card or UPI details. Razorpay Privacy
Expo / Neon — app infrastructure and database hosting.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active.
If you delete your account, all your personal data and order history is permanently removed
within 30 days.
5. Delete Your Account
You can delete your account at any time from the app: Profile → Account & Privacy → Delete Account.
This permanently deletes your phone number, name, address, and order history from our servers.
6. Children's Privacy
Meatly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app.
Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
